Woodland House receives 2018 AIA "Home of the Month" honor

We are honored to have the Woodland House selected as part of the "Home of the Month" program, a partnership between Minnesota AIA and the StarTribune.  The objective is to educate the public about the value of architect-led residential design, and to support Minnesota's vibrant residential architecture community through increased exposure to a public audience.

Last night, at the 'Your Home, Your Way' event, the final 12 selections were named from the 48 entries.  A special thank you to our clients Kathleen and Dave for joining us and participating in the panel discussion!

ALTUS Architecture + Design receives two 2017 RAVE Awards

ALTUS Architecture + Design's Deephaven House was awarded for the Remodel/Addition Category (more than 3,500 square feet) and the Woodland House was recognized in the New Home Category (2,000 - 3,500 square feet).  See the Deephaven House and Woodland House project pages for more information and photos for each project.

Deephaven House 'Home of the Month' Article Published in Star Tribune

The Deephaven House was featured Sunday March 2, 2014 in the 'Homes' section of the Minneapolis StarTribune as part of the 'Home of the Month' series.  The article, as well as additional images not published in the newspaper, can be viewed on the Star Tribune's website.

ALTUS wins 'Home of the Month' Award

AIA Minnesota and the Star Tribune announce the selection of the Deephaven House by ALTUS Architecture + Design in the Home of the Month program.  The Home of the Month program seeks to educate the public on the value architects can bring to a home building process.  Stay tuned for more information about the publication date in the Star Tribune.

ALTUS Wins Two 2009 AIA MN RAVE Awards

AIA Minnesota and Minneapolis St. Paul Magazine have awarded ALTUS Architecture + Design two 2009 RAVE (Residential Architects Vision and Excellence) Awards for the Minnetonka Residence and the Farquar Lake Residence.

ALTUS Wins Two 'Home of the Month' Awards

AIA Minnesota and the Star Tribune announce the selection of the Farquar Lake Residence and the Minnetonka Residence by ALTUS Architecture + Design in the Home of the Month program.  The Home of the Month program seeks to educate the public on the value architects can bring to a home building process.  The selection panel sought projects that conveyed a unique and valued design solution, gauging how they reflect the owners' vision of home.  

T.A. Alt awarded 2009 Architect of Distinction
