Bryn Mawr House featured in the 2012 Parade of Homes Spring Preview

Please joint ALTLUS Architecture + Design and College City Design/Build at our recently completed Bryn Mawr House featured in the Parade of Homes Spring Preview.  The new house (#007 on the tour!) is an urban retreat with views of downtown Minneapolis and is surrounded by the bucolic setting of Theodore Wirth Park.  Located at 17 Xerxes Avenue South, Minneapolis, the home evokes Finnish contemporary design with warm, natural materials and dramatic windows providing abundant natural light and views of the surroundings.  The home will be open beginning March 3 & 4 from noon - 6 pm and the following Thursdays through Sundays noon - 6 pm through April 1st.  We look forward to seeing you there!
